D1 Fall Ball

The Cape Codger Organization is excited to announce that we will be running a Division 1 Fall softball group. In the Codger spirit of “Fun and Friendship,” this is a great opportunity to extend softball play into the gorgeous Fall.
This will be a great time to continue softball season as well as a chance to engage with players other than those from your Summer League teams.

This format will be relaxed, we will be self umpiring and hopefully will work on our skills.

We will play every Wednesday (weather permitting) at 4:30 pm, at the administration building beginning next Wednesday, September 17th.

All you need to bring is your bat, glove, protective gear and the fun spirit you showed all summer.

As we know it takes a village to make this happen, any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated. If you can give a hand, please contact Roberta Okrasinski.

In order to keep track of how many will be showing up, we will be using the same sign up (SignUpGenius) that we use for our winter Turf Ball program. You can sign up here for any of the dates. Please create an account, if you haven't already, so you can cancel when you cannot make a session that you signed up for.

D2 Fall Ball

D2 Fall Ball is made up of 4 or so teams (depending on the number of registrants) with players from both D1 and D2. 

  • Teams are optimized for parity
  • Summer members play on teams made up of members from other summer teams and divisions
  • New players are welcome
  • An 8-10 game schedule is played followed by a 2 game playoff
  • Payment of a registration fee is required
  • Pool-Player-Only registrations are accepted at a reduced fee
